Refund policy
Shipping Policy: Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders over $50 within the US! Special handling charges apply to a small number of products. Paid expedited shipping services are also available.
Orders are shipped generally within 72 business hours from the date of purchase. If you order expedited shipping, please note that this does not include the processing time. If you need your item expedited, please reach out to us at shadesoflavenderfarm@gmail.com.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are given within 30 days of purchase and must meet the following criteria.
- Customer must send a written concern/complaint to: shadesoflavenderfarm@gmail.com
This email must include photos of the product with the reason clearly stated for the desire to return. After review of the email Shades of Lavender will respond to the email regarding the requested refund. - A receipt must be sent with the returned product.
- We do not accept products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item.

We do not accept products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
Due to nature of some of our products, some items may not be returned and are clearly marked non-returnable on the product page. Products that are on sale may not be refunded and are final sale.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the return is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
